  • When the rice feels soft, strain the liquid; this will be your rice water.
  • Mix two tablespoons of the water you just prepared and one tablespoon of wheat flour to form a semi-liquid paste.

Spread all over your face and neck very clean and let it act for 20 minutes. Rinse and hydrate your face. Use it twice a week.

Strawberries
