Netflix knows: Christmas is near, very close. That is why it has already announced some of its most Christmas premieres to fill us with the spirit of the holidays, and we are looking forward to watching them with our warmest sweater and wrapped in a blanket on the sofa.
Do you too? Let’s check out the list then:
6- Holiday in the Wild
Seeing our beloved Charlotte York of Sex and the City again is always a joy. This time Kristin Davis will form with Rob Lowe, one of the romantic couples that Netflix has brought for Christmas.
The story takes place after a painful break that causes the protagonist to meet again with a trip to Africa. Zambia hides a lot of charm, also at Christmas.
5- Let It Snow
Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow. After a great snowfall, a group of young people from a village institute see how their relationships change. It’s a small romantic anthology of Netflix that tells three love stories at Christmas.
Starring Kiernan Shipka (who falls in love with The Creepy Adventures of Sabrina ), Isabela Moner, Shameik Moore, and Joan Cusack, among others, are based on the homonymous book written by John Green, Maureen Johnson, and Lauren Myracle. With snow as the protagonist and a lot of good vibes, it seems one of the premieres of Christmas on Netflix.
Christmas animated movies are also a must-have at this time, and this, created by Sergio Pablos (co-creator of Gru, my favorite villain ), is Netflix’s bet in this genre. It tells the friendship that arises between a mailman and a toymaker. Their friendship melts an age-old feud and delivers a sleigh full of holiday traditions.
3- The Knight Before Christmas
Time travel is not something new, really, and the one that Netflix proposes starring Vanessa Hudgens sounds like a hobby. The story of a medieval knight who suddenly appears in the present, in the middle of Ohio, and who falls in love with a teacher disenchanted with love. Even so, watching Christmas movies in December is our guilty pleasure of the month, and we couldn’t leave out this option.
2- Holiday Rush
Just before Christmas, a single father and radio DJ Rashon “Rush” Williams loses his job. Together with his four children, he will have to rediscover his connection with his family and realize that money is not the most important thing. Starring Romany Malco, this movie set in New York is ideal for family viewing.
1- A Christmas Prince: The Royal Baby
The Christmas saga of Netflix extends the family again. After the royal wedding between Amber, the journalist who became queen (does it sound like something to you?) And her new husband, King Richard of Aldovia, the third part comes with baby included. Will happiness reign? According to Netflix, they may be in danger when the 600-year-old treaty disappears, and an old curse threatens the family.
