Gentlemen, in this quarantine you have to look for the most vulnerable to get infected: our parents and grandparents, so the general recommendation would be that if you live with them, avoid going out, and if you don’t live with them, try to visit them but just greet them through the window, as did this man in Chile, who took a great serenade to his old men to cheer them on during isolation.

Gonzalo Acuña is a young man from Hualpén who makes sure every day that his parents do not lack anything, so he goes to visit them from outside his house and plays the accordion to cheer them up.

The best thing is that it seems that his strategy works, since, in a video shared on social networks, the gentlemen are seen dancing while their son is outside touching them.

This is a tender way of approaching them, since he says that their parents are chronically ill and just as he thinks not to expose them to risk by entering their house, he does not want to miss a day of their presence either, so he makes sure that they are well and try not to miss something.

“I have amazing parents. They are good, loving people”, he mentioned in an interview where he also highlighted that it was a neighbor who recorded it unexpectedly. “You have to love the old people, go see them, accompany them,” he concluded.

And in case he was asked, Acuña tries to protect himself as well as possible, and in the clip, he is seen wearing face masks on a street that looks lonely. The young man pointed out that he always carries antibacterial gel and walks at a distance from the people he meets on his way to avoid the spread of COVID-19.

Let us take care of our elders, men, follow the health protocols that are so pointed out to us: wash our hands and avoid going out as much as possible.
